Melissa + Brian | Engaged!

This is post #2 to show how great Minnesota winter photos can be!  Melissa & Brian wanted to capture the essence of their Minnesota lives for their e-session so we went out one afternoon and just as we got started, we got the most perfect snowfall to add to the pics!  Melissa came ready with fun ideas and great clothing changes for their session all the while worried about my comfort and warmth (I was dressed in 2 pairs of pants, warm socks, snow boots, three shirts – including under armor, a winter jacket, scarf, hat & gloves!).  Could this girl get any sweeter?!  Then while we were out shooting, Brian and Melissa told me about their surprise destination wedding location – oh, I can’t wait!! Their beautiful snowy e-session pics will be such a great contrast to their October sandy beach photos in the Dominican Republic!

These two are are beautiful, down-to-earth, SO in love and so photogenic – I’m honored to get to know them and photograph one of the most incredible days of their lives!  Maybe I can carry on the tradition of “getting the shot” for these two by climbing a tree at their wedding, too!
