Sarah, Gary, & Grandparents | Lifestyle

Sarah contacted me a few months back and asked if I’d be up for a little different portrait session.  She wanted me to photograph her grandparents being who they truly are and doing the things they love to do!  She wanted pictures to remember her grandparents by!  Needless to say, I was thrilled at the opportunity!!  When I arrived at G&G’s home, dinner was on the table and a place was set for me…. Isn’t that the sweetest thing you’ve ever heard?!? They had never even met me but assumed that after my long drive to Green Isle, I’d be hungry for some dinner:).  Sarah’s grandmother loves to cook, quilt and garden while her grandfather loves to read in bed, play cards, and watch the happenings of the little town of Green Isle.  The first part of our session revolved around simply G&G being G&G, and then Sarah, Gary and I went out around town for a portrait session of these two love birds.  They were so sweet and generous… this session will always hold dear memories for me because its a wonderful reminder of all the beautiful & cherished people I have in my life!  Sarah and Gary… it was a true honor – thank you!
